Please be aware require at least 24 hours notice for any changes or cancellations. Cancellations must be made via phone and cannot be made through email or social media sites. We regret that a lack of notification will result in full billing of your scheduled services. If you have a gift voucher or a pre-paid course of treatments and do not show up for your treatment/cancel less than 24 hours before your treatment time, you will forfeit the cost of treatment. If you are booking an appointment that is within the next 24 hours, no changes or cancellations can be made to the booking without being fully charged. Groups of 2 or more people require 48 hours cancellation notice.

Patch Tests
Treatments which require a patch test can be booked online, however you must ensure you have a patch test at MudPie Beauty Cottage prior to your treatment. You can drop into the salon for patch tests at any time during our opening hours. Failure to have a patch test will result in the salon being unable to carry out the treatment and full billing of your service.

Health Conditions
Certain medical conditions are contraindicated to some treatments. If you have an existing medical condition please do not book online before speaking directly to a member of staff.
